Experience: Six years of experience, two years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations and an additional four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations. Participate in the planning, formulation and modification of strategies to resolve identified compliance deficiencies and address agency audit findings; Develop tools, i.e., charts, tables, etc. to relay statistical information to leadership in an easily accessible format; Consults with other agency staff to stay abreast of policy that may affect programmatic data.Â.
