Diagnose and repair tractors, hay tools, & light construction equipment Maintain technical and product knowledge of New Holland, Case IH, & other various products Perform diagnostic and repairs in the field Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments Ensure warranty repairs are properly diagnosed, documented, and charged Work closely with customers to provide the best total ownership experience of their equipment Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager & Shop Foreman. All aspects of employment including the decision to hire, promote, discipline, or discharge, will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
