Process Technicians are the systems owners: they turn tribal knowledge into documented, trainable, measurable processes; keep SOPs, work instructions, and tracking tools current; drive continuous improvement; and ensure every shift executes the same high bar for quality, safety, and throughput. Develop and maintain systems that improve visibility and control issue tracking, build/config status, spare parts and tooling readiness, preventive maintenance task lists, and KPI dashboards (quality, first-pass yield, downtime, turnaround time, scrap).
