The Injection Molding Process Technician serves as a technical resource on the manufacturing floor, supporting process optimization, problem resolution, and continuous improvement efforts that directly impact safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Toolroom, Automation, and Engineering teams, this position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.
