This role expands beyond traditional shipping management by driving end-to-end logistics performance, transportation efficiency, inventory flow, customer delivery execution, and cross-functional coordination between production, inventory, scheduling, customer service, and carriers. The Shipping Logistics Manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, on-time delivery, freight optimization, labor productivity, dock efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting lean manufacturing principles and operational excellence.
