1 -2 years of experience, minimum, in working in general warehouse, distribution center, or production environment • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Working knowledge of stock control, inventory management practices and procedures preferred • Experience in operating a forklift and reach truck preferred • Experience leading small teams preferred • Experience working within SAP preferred • Strong attention to detail & ability to follow directions with precise execution • Ability to read, interpret & understand basic drawings & schematics a plus • Ability to read, interpret process documents • Basic computer literacy • Beginner level understanding of Microsoft office preferred. • Ability to frequently walk, stand, look up/down, balance, stoop, twist, kneel, and bend • Ability to constantly grip and manually manipulate, often with repetitive motion, items such as, but not limited to, hand tools and turbine parts • Must be able to see and hear alarms, timers and follow verbal instructions.
