Job Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with otolaryngologic conditions in an outpatient setting * Perform office-based procedures consistent with training and scope of practice * Collaborate closely with otolaryngology physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care * Participate in patient education, follow-up care, and care coordination * Document clinical encounters accurately and timely within the electronic medical record * Support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives within the practice **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program * Active Washington State NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) * Federal DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date) * Otolaryngology experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in ENT are encouraged to apply * Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills **Compensation & Benefits:** * Compensation is between $137,683 and $177,886 per year * Competitive compensation aligned with APC compensation tiers and experience * Eligibility for quality and/or productivity incentives * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans * CME allowance and paid time off * Malpractice coverage provided _The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. The 80-bed facility provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient specialty care, including oncology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency, intensive care and a host of specialized surgical services.
