p>Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related technical field required • In lieu of a degree, 3 years of experience in utility, commercial, or industrial construction required • Experience in electrical substation construction and/or maintenance required • Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills to aid in the resolution of compliance issues • Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines • Self-motivated and a self-starter, customer-focused, and results-oriented • Sound analytical abilities involving complex problems; exercises sound judgment • Demonstrated experience in accomplishing responsibilities in a timely manner • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to aid in the resolution of complex issues.
The individual(s) in this position will have the responsibility of coordinating and overseeing contracted testing and technical service interests for Transmission and Distribution substation projects, as well as special assignments relating to the safety and reliability of other substation activities in partnership with Utility Operations, Construction & Design Services, and Transmission & Substation Services.
