In partnership with leaders, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, the Manager provides expertise, consultation, and leadership to reduce healthcare-associated infections, prevent transmission of infectious diseases, strengthen patient and staff safety, improve regulatory performance, maintain continuous survey readiness, support emergency preparedness initiatives, and promote a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The Manager of Infection Prevention and Accreditation provides leadership for the hospital's Infection Prevention and Accreditation Readiness Programs, promoting a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, continuous readiness, and performance improvement.
