Requirements/Responsibilities • Proficient in the setup and operation of SMT equipment (Fuji, Mydata), SMT screen printers, automatic and semi-automatic pick-and-place systems and reflow ovens • Component Identification knowledge • Feeder sizes and pitches • Ability to understand and implement SMT operations per drawings and assembly procedures • Attention to detail in the preparation for and SMT assembly of complex PCBs • Good communication skills.
