Assemble components and housing units in Client ordnance with routes, visual aides, change notices (CNs), and deviations.

Nesco Resource is looking for Solderers for our long-time client in Rochester Hills, MI. This shift operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM until 3:30 PM. Pay is based on experience, must have an updated resume. The associate will perform all soldering, bonding, wiring, routing, assembly, disassembly, touch-up, rework, cleaning, and minor modifications, assemblies and sub-assemblies within the facility using electronic parts and components and a variety of hand tools. The associate will work from approved visual aids, change notices (CN's), deviations and routes and/or any engineer-approved changes that apply to them. Solderers will also move the completed product to the next production operation. You will also use various measuring instruments and equipment to perform a visual and dimensional inspection of printed circuit boards, harnesses, sub-assemblies, and assemblies. Inspects assemblies after machine soldering and complete required paperwork, logs, and records. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Set-up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Glue Dispensing Machine, Pick and Place Machine, and Reflow Oven.</li><li>Track machine performance and effectively communicate with management as problems arise.</li><li>Interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure product quality.</li><li>Responsible for accessing company procedures and navigate shop floor controls.</li><li>Utilize a manual, semi-automatic or automatic solder paste stencil machine.</li><li>Follow practices to ensure ISO standards are being met.</li><li>Replace damaged, missing, and misplaced components utilizing hand soldering operation.</li><li>Mount components such as transformers, resistors, capacitors, integrate circuits and sockets on panel or printed circuit board.</li><li>Provide preventive maintenance, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems to increase company productivity.</li><li>Assess and ensure tolerance of frequency and temperatures based on customer-provided specifications.</li><li>Analyze test data and identify trends or patterns that may indicate quality issues or areas for improvement.</li><li>Report any non-conformance or deviations from quality standards to the appropriate personnel for further investigation.</li><li>Ability to tune specific components or edges caps on PCB's while performing test operations.</li><li>Perform all other as assigned.</li></ul> Key Qualifications/Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
