Diversity & Inclusion: Self-aware, attentive listener, people-oriented, cognizant of bias, cultural intelligence; demonstrating a respect for divergent viewpoints; an awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural diversity of the population served, thereby contributing to an environment that is equitable, inclusive, and cooperative. The Intensive Home-Based Treatment Therapist will provide intensive services to a small caseload of 5-6 youth, that are diagnosed with emotional and/or behavioral problems, and their families, with the goal of either preventing out-of-home placement or facilitating a successful transition back to the home.
