JOB DUTIES Provides direct supervision of division program unit of Intake, Ongoing or Foster/Adoption, determines need for new staff members, interviews applicants, disciplines subordinates, reviews, approves, or denies employee leave requests, completes performance evaluations, assigns and reviews work of subordinates.
