The RCSS-SWer travels to designated sites as assigned social work clinical support and/or interim director of patient experience for the provision of social work services, clinical operations support of counseling professionals (social work, spiritual care, music therapy, child life), implementation and reinforcement of policies and procedures, and leadership coaching. This role is a member of the regional team(s) and acts as a subject matter expert for managing patient/client-facing care, including meeting support with patient experience disciplines designed to evaluate and achieve individualized site goals, and improve access to care and staffing pipelines as necessitated.
