Responsibilities may include telemetry monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, stroke care, neurosurgical care, tracheostomy management, chest tube care, feeding tube management, central and peripheral line care, blood product administration, wound care, oxygen therapy, and use of rapid response and code teams. Additional Information: Provides care for adult and geriatric medical and surgical neurological patients, including cases involving spine surgery, brain tumors, craniotomy, ophthalmology, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Guillain-Barr syndrome, trauma, spinal fractures, and complex injuries.
