Reporting to the Director of Student Leadership & Service, this position oversees the day-to-day and long-term operations of Fraternity & Sorority Life, including advising governing councils and chapters, supervising professional and graduate staff, and leading community-wide education, leadership development, and accountability efforts. The Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) provides operational leadership for fraternity and sorority life within a comprehensive leadership and engagement department that includes student employment, leadership development, peer mentorship, community service and volunteerism, and fraternity and sorority life.
