SCOPE OF ROLE : Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director will provide supervision of case management services to ensure quality care for adults that have histories of homelessness and are diagnosed with severe mental illness. Assist the Program Director with the administration of the program, overseeing all aspects of the program’s operations - service delivery, compliance to contracts, targets (case management, employment, medical and chart compliance, recreational activities, security, maintenance, food service if applicable, etc.).
