Completes bio-psychosocial assessments, collaborates with consumers to complete individualized treatment plans, conducts individual, group, and family therapy sessions, makes appropriate referrals for needed services, responsible for pursuing licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. The selected applicant will have the pleasure of providing persons, families or vulnerable populations with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses and physical or developmental disabilities.
