This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and person-centered care through the supervision of program managers overseeing clinical teams, including therapists, case managers, peer support specialists, and behavioral health technicians. Additionally, is responsible for accurately and effectively conveying agency decisions and directives from Executive and Senior Leadership to Program Leadership and agency staff, ensuring clarity, accountability, and organizational cohesion.
