Experience working with mental wellness or behavioral health services strongly preferred Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred Knowledge of community-based services, family systems, and early childhood or Head Start programs is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Bilingual capabilities are preferred. The Social Service Coordinator supervises a team of approximately five (5) Social Services staff and plays a key role in strengthening community partnerships, promoting parent engagement, and ensuring compliance with program eligibility and enrollment requirements.
