Prepare mortgage and home equity closing documents, including verifying all conditions are met, reviewing all documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of the preliminary Closing Disclosure, and issuing the closing package and funds in a timely manner. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.
