This role serves as a business-facing technology partner responsible for analyzing user needs, troubleshooting system and workflow issues, coordinating enhancements, supporting implementations and releases, maintaining system configuration and documentation, and helping ensure assigned mortgage applications are reliable, compliant, and aligned with operational objectives. Vendor and cross-functional coordination: Develop effective working relationships with application providers, IT Application Support, Service Desk, Sales, Operations, Lock Desk, Compliance, and other internal partners to support operational needs and future enhancements.
