This role will be responsible for coordinating and resolving all facility-related issues reported by Store Managers, Area Managers, and HQ, including equipment failures, repairs, preventive maintenance, landlord-related matters, permits, inspections, and other operational needs that impact store operations. Rosetta Bakery is looking for an experienced, highly organized, hands-on, and solutions-driven Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee repairs, maintenance, vendors, and facility-related needs across 19 locations, with continued growth expected.
