Starting compensation could range from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience and skillset.This role plays a critical part in assembling and testing high-performance monitors while maintaining our quality and production standards.<div><hr/></div>What You’ll Do<ul><li>Perform basic mechanical and electronic assembly using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, nut drivers, torque drivers)</li><li>Follow detailed build instructions and assembly documentation</li><li>Build subassemblies and assist with final product assembly</li><li>Perform basic inspections and functional checks</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation</li><li>Communicate component or documentation discrepancies</li></ul><div><hr/></div>What We’re Looking ForRequired:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to read and follow written assembly instructions in English</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Basic math and computer skills (email, Excel, Word, Google Apps)</li><li>Ability to work independently while contributing to a team</li><li>Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with electronic or mechanical assembly</li><li>Experience in a production or manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience with basic testing equipment or troubleshooting</li></ul><div><hr/></div>What You Can Expect<ul><li>Full-time, onsite role in Cary, NC</li><li>Stable day-shift schedule</li><li>Hands-on training and growth opportunities</li><li>Opportunity for advancement within production operations</li></ul>
