Clearly and promptly documents ultrasound findings and appointment details in accordance with center guidelines, and follows established protocols for responding to abnormal findings, including proper documentation and notifying appropriate medical personnel. Conducts clinical assessments and performs limited obstetric or diagnostic ultrasound examinations as directed by the Nurse Practitioner or Medical Director, following established center policies and procedures.
