Working closely with project managers, asset teams, shipboard personnel, subject matter experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders, the analyst supports the planning and tracking of capital and operational projects, maintains dashboards and key performance indicators, coordinates project documentation and approvals, and helps implement process improvements across the organization. Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, analysts, vendors, shipboard teams, and technical groups to define reporting requirements and KPIs; communicate requirements and changes; identify workflow roadblocks; recommend process improvements; and coordinate required regulatory and project documentation, including risk assessments, fire certificates, Lloyd's/USCG submittals, ship modification requests, and project closeout records.
