JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, washes dishes, utensils and cookware; assists with food preparation as directed; cleans kitchen surfaces, floors and food storage area; disposes of garbage and refuse; and performs other duties as required. Peel, core, chop, clean and otherwise ready foodstuffs and ingredients for cooking, as instructed by the sous chef, in order to enhance timely meal preparation and advance excellent guest service.
