Performs regular job site safety inspections to ensure field crews comply with Maguire Iron's safety program policies and procedures to include but not limited to the following: Personal Protective Equipment: Safety glasses, hard hats, face shields, respirators (air fed & cartridge) and hearing protection, steel toed boots/shoes, long sleeves/leathers etc. Rigging & Cranes: All rigging per SOP manual, cables, rope falls, roof ladders & pick boards backed up to separate rigging points, cables and ropes inspected for defects; scaffolds properly set up, ball properly supported, hoisting/picks executed per SOP manual.
