Instill product disciplines to align with Production imperatives of Safety, Quality Schedule & Cost which include but not limited too; fall protection, critical moves and crane lifts, use & disposal of hazardous materials, adherence and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), material handling and storage of staged and work-in-process (WIP) parts, chemical control and labeling, clean as you go, housekeeping and Tool & FOD control. In this capacity the lead will status, communicate and support production goals and objectives of the day/week, assess skill and complexity of tasks, issue work assignments, establish nominal expectation of tasks by obtaining personal contract for each task period of performance with each of the employees; set, check and adjust to meet realization and build performance objectives.
