Your duties in this role will include phone, receptionist services, cancelling and scheduling client appointments, reminder calls, coordinating hospital discharges, scanning documents, creating correspondence and/or PDF forms, adding clients to groups, updating clinicians schedules in the Electronic Health Record system, processing intakes, enrollments, terminations, and managing petty cash and misc. I will also include taking meeting minutes, copying, ordering supplies, and relieving supervisors of administrative tasks such as gathering, analyzing, and preparing reports, processing subpoenas, with minimal direction, and other duties as assigned.
