Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language services to students with a range of communication needs Assess, identify, and support students with speech, language, and social communication challenges Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapy plans Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group) Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, compliant documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans Support students in accessing the general education curriculum Ensure compliance with all state and federal special education laws and regulations Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License or eligibility Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply) Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in diverse communities Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Why Sunrise?
