The Assistant Golf Coach will work collaboratively with the Head Coach, Athletic Director, school administration, student-athletes, families, and other coaching staff to ensure the golf program operates in accordance with district, school, and New Mexico Activities Association (NMAA) policies and procedures. The Assistant Coach will support the development of student-athletes by providing instruction in golf skills, techniques, rules, strategies, and course management while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive team environment.
