They are looking to add an experienced Owner's Representative (Senior Construction Project Manager) to the team to execute on upcoming & existing developments. This person will be based in Nashville but frequent travel weekly/bi-monthly to various states and projects to ensure smooth delivery for their clients. The role manages the construction progress & has management responsibility for changes during the construction process and for ensuring that all additional tasks and communication required for a successful delivery that are outside the scope of the construction contract are completed.
