This is a hands-on leadership role; you will study the jobs people actually perform, determine the skills each job requires, build structured on-the-job training (OJT) that closes the gap, and track results to confirm that people are competent, not just trained. Conduct job and task analyses on the shop floor, observing the work, interviewing technicians, supervisors, and subject matter experts, and reviewing work instructions and OEM, regulatory, and quality documentation, to define the knowledge, skills, and proficiency level each job requires.
