Job Description A reputable and growing Ag operation is looking to add a Sprayer Operator to their team. A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the right individual. Responsibilities: • Operate self-propelled sprayers during application season • Assist with harvest operations including grain cart and combine work • Support day-to-day farm operations as needed throughout the year • Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections Qualifications: • Farming, spraying, or equipment operation experience preferred• Applicator's license preferred or willingness to obtain one • CDL not required • Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours during busy seasons • Ability to work independently and with a team Compensation & Benefits: • Salary ranging from $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience • Full-time, long-term opportunity • Opportunity to work with modern equipment and an established operation • Located in the Central Missouri area Please submit a resume for consideration. Position automatic spray guns, set nozzles, and synchronize action of guns with speed of conveyor carrying articles; apply touch-ups.

<h3>Starting at $23.00/hr up to $27.06. </h3>The compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's level of experience. All applicants are encouraged to provide details of their previous professional experiences during the application process.Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts, possibility of overtime on FridaysEssential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for applying primer and topcoat to commercial trailers (steel and aluminum) using spray gun equipment and techniques. Painters must follow high quality standards to minimize defects and exceed customer standards</li><li>Cleans grease and dirt from product</li><li>Applies masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated</li><li>Fills cavities and dents with putty to attain smooth surface</li><li>Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce desired color.
