Liaise with internal subject matter experts and Office of General Counsel to ensure applicability and sufficiency of vendor contracting practices related to privacy, confidentiality, information security, insurance, indemnification, and other compliance concerns.
p>Manage and litigate complex trust, estate, and conservatorship disputes, including but not limited to: • Will and trust contests (e.g., undue influence, lack of capacity, fraud) • Breach of fiduciary duty claims against trustees, executors, and conservators • Petitions for instructions and accountings • Spousal property petitions • Elder abuse actions (financial and physical) • Conservatorship contested matters • Probate and trust administration disputes.

Handle lateral conflicts clearances, including identifying and appropriately resolving all conflicts issues, assisting with onboarding new hires, working with candidates to obtain additional information as needed, and communicating with appropriate department chairs and the General Counsel's office regarding appropriate resolutions.
