May direct other internal stakeholders such as Engineers, Architects, Quality Assurance Specialists, Technical Inspectors, Associate Engineers and Associate Architects, and Architectural/Engineering Technicians, works on multiple more complex design and construction projects such as new schools, modernizations, additions, leased spaces, and CIP projects. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning: three years of full time paid post-licensure experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work as a Professional Engineer; two years must be as a project engineer; project team, or squad leader; or a comparable level of responsibility; a minimum of seven years total experience specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work.
