The Surveyor will serve as a team member or team leader on various types of surveys (i.e. re-certification, comparative, complaint investigation, and revisits) for long-term care and non-long-term care surveys, which can include; ambulatory surgical centers (ASC), Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICFs/IID), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), hospital, critical access hospital, and hospice facilities. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you'll be an integral part of a cross-functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to care for patients living with kidney disease. You'll ensure quality renal care by completing monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administering medications according to physician orders.

This role offers the flexibility to work across a variety of healthcare settings, including long-term care facilities, correctional facilities, juvenile detention centers, clinics, and hospitals. Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
