Creates and monitors monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in an efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures, and in compliance with governmental regulations to ensure adequate coverage to deliver quality care to our residents. Ability to interact tactfully, effectively, and professionally with other employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public, as needed.
