Responsibilities: SUMMARY: This position reports to the Accounting Manager and responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting in developing accurate and timely monthly financial statements, ensuring all cash receipts and deposits, journal entries, financial reports and reconciliations are accurately completed, and assisting in other reporting and accounting functions to support the general accounting office. StaffCo and SUNY have entered into a professional employer agreement under which StaffCo is the employer of Stony Brook Clinical Practice Management Plan employees and responsible for all aspects of employment, including hirings, promotions, disciplines, terminations, the day-to-day direction and supervision of work, as well as labor relations and collective bargaining.
