You will partner with Technical Program Managers, engineering leaders, and technical subject matter experts to help define engineering-wide programs and shape their scope, and then to develop and execute the change, communication, readiness, and adoption strategy for those programs, sponsored both inside and outside our organization. Duties & Responsibilities: Engage while a change is still being defined, helping program teams and technical owners shape program scope, impacted audiences, prerequisites, rollout sequencing, and what completion looks like for an individual team, so the approach reflects the teams who have to act on it.
