Knowledge of: Modern principles, techniques, and procedures of nursing; Hospital routine, supplies and equipment; Principles and techniques of effective supervision and administration; Working knowledge of policies regarding unit staffing patterns; Problem solving techniques, team building principles and infection control as it relates to bed assignments.
