As an Onsite Staffing & Associate Relations Leader, you will support MAU associates onsite, partner with customer leadership, manage recruiting and onboarding activities, oversee employee relations and HR functions, and help ensure operational, safety, and performance goals are met. Ability to effectively interface with job applicants, MAU Associates, MAU branch personnel, site leadership, corporate support teams, and client leadership, including Human Resources, Management, and Production Supervision.
