ul>As pack sub-team lead, you'll take full responsibility for one of the major Semi battery subsystems, and work closely with the other subsystems (module, ancillaries, structures, electronics, firmware, etc) to design, validate, and land ongoing improvements to the existing Semi battery design, as well as any potential future battery iterations and variants. Technical ownership of the pack sub-system, involving requirements definition, oversight of all 3d part design, integration with other battery subsystems, coordination with teams across Tesla (Test, Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, Supply Chain, etc), design and release documentation, and design support for all builds and test efforts.
