The role has accountability for personnel, asset integrity, operating discipline, emergency readiness, maintenance coordination, opex and capital expense planning, upholding customer relations and execution of crude-oil movements across land, marine, trucking and rail operations. Maintain terminal emergency-response readiness, including drills, equipment availability, communications, mutual-aid coordination, and response plans for impacts near waterways, highways, railroads, public areas, and environmentally sensitive locations.
