Project and Administrative Support (25%): Provide ad hoc support for departmental centers (e.g., CHPS) and special initiatives including project planning and implementation support, partnering with departmental leadership and faculty/staff leads to define scope, milestones, timelines, and resource needs (personnel, funds, space). Events (30%): Schedule, plan and execute events for the departments which may include; weekly seminars, award receptions, distinguished lectures, seasonal events, recruiting events, orientation activities, graduation receptions, and special events.
