Previous qualifying experience on related work or lesser jobs of 1 - 3 years with practical training pertaining to sales, marketing, fulfillment, scrap processing, melting, casting, rolling, maintenance, finishing, and/or shipping/warehousing operations, and to include some supervisory and facilitation experience. This activity will include conducting needs assessments, develop and maintain inventory and sales order management processes, coaching of customer service team and supervisory personnel on inventory management within department, achieving cost control.
