What You'll Need 1-3 years business marketing/operations experience Have a good understanding of purchasing scrap metal based off the LME/Comex and hedging Mid-level work experience with people, project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus Leadership skills in professional, educational, and/or social experiences Buying/selling skill and product knowledge retention Ability and willingness to work in all areas of the business Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Sense of teamwork as well as independent initiative required Must be able to travel within assigned region and other areas as needed Must have effective listening and verbal skills to identify important information and to engage with internal and external customers.
