The Surgical Scrub Technician supports safe, efficient cosmetic surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, maintaining the sterile field, organizing instruments and supplies, anticipating surgical needs, completing required counts, and supporting room turnover and instrument processing. As the surgical program grows, the Surgical Scrub Technician may assist with instrument inventory, preference cards, sterile processing, supply organization, room setup, turnover, and related operational needs.
