Additional responsibilities include adhering to departmental and organizational policies and procedures, promptly notifying a supervisor of any issues, following the departmental dress code, safely handling kitchen utensils and equipment such as knives, dishwashing machines, garbage disposals, choppers, steamers, tilt skillets, ovens, fryers, grills, and mixers, completing opening and closing duties, supporting Legends Global-sponsored special events, working irregular schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays with possible short-notice schedule changes, and performing other duties as assigned.
